This 2 min award winning Indian ad will make you respect your National Anthem, and your nation

December 13, 2014 by

There was a time when National Anthem was played at the end of movies even in cinema halls. But slowly it has been phased out now. The major reason being that people started rushing out of cinema halls after movies and the National Anthem was disrespected. Nobody gave a damn to stand for 52 seconds!

Maybe it wasn’t appropriate to play National Anthem in movie halls, or whatever the reason maybe. But the bottom line is, people couldn’t spare a minute from their life to stand for it. I too can see the essence of our National Anthem fading away with time. People walk by while listening to it without caring to stop. Has our life become so fast? And maybe, we are not legally bound to stand up when National Anthem is played, but is it really that hard to do so in respect of it?

If we can’t respect our National Anthem, then how can we respect our nation? Can’t we just spare out 52 seconds to stay stand still when we hear the National Anthem being played? Well, I can just hope that this award winning ad will revive your respect for National Anthem again. Watch and Share.
